New York City summer weather is as beautiful as it is fickle. Sweltering mornings are met with crisp nights, as thunderstorms loom behind cloudless days. Preparing for this elegant yet erratic season, KITH continues to expand its apparel archive with its latest line, the KITH Summer 2014 Collection. An assortment of updated KITH-staple pieces, as well as all new exclusives are introduced to encapsulate every summer scenario.
Tops include the summer-themed KITH Logo Wave Print and Palm Print Tees, in addition to the fundamental KITH Classic Logo Tee. Two original outerwear pieces are introduced, consisting of the deconstructed Nassau Sailing Jacket and the pullover short sleeve Hester Hoody. Shorts are outfitted in an array of options, such as the dual-layered Sullivan Short, the reimagined Great Jones Short, and the essential Bleecker Short. The final bottom included in the collection is a brand new colorway of the classic Bleecker Sweat, which is properly suited for the summer.
In terms of footwear, the handcrafted Ronnie Fieg for Sebago Spinnaker and Schooner models receive all new colorways, each perfectly poised for the summer bustle. Two KITH worldwide exclusive-reissue Asics Gel Lyte V's will also be released with the collection in limited numbers. Each model is presented in a classic OG colorway from the early 1990's, fittingly rounding out this multi-dimensional release.
The KITH Summer 2014 Collection will be available this Wednesday, July 9th, at the Kith Pop-Up Shop at 66 Bleecker St. and Kith Brooklyn at 233 Flatbush, as well as KithNYC.com at 11AM EST.
